Catering Policies |

Please keep in mind that our menus reflect our
most popular choices, we welcome any ideas you may have to customize
your event. |

Confirmation |
|
A Function Contract will be sent to you via
fax/mail describing your menu selections, and any important
details specific to your function. A signed contract and final
guest count are required 3 days prior to your event. This is the
guaranteed number of guests that Bordertown prepares and charges
for.

Deposit |
|
Bordertown Catering Services requires a 50%,
Non-refundable deposit upon execution of contract. |
| Menu Selections |
|
Menu selections must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your
event. In cases of short term bookings, menus will be due upon
booking.
|
|
Food, Beverage & Menu Prices |
|
Food prices are guaranteed unless you choose a
selection that fluctuates with the present commodity market. |
| Method of Payment |
|
Payment will be accepted in cash, check, or credit
card (Visa or MasterCard). All events will be held for you with a
credit card upon menu selection. Your final payment is due upon
function date. |
| Cancellation Policy |
|
Any event canceled 7 days or less prior to function
date will be billed in full. |
| For Best Results |
|
The starting and ending time for meetings, breaks,
meals, receptions and other planned activities should closely
follow the times you have provided to our staff. Advance notice of
any changes is greatly appreciated, however, we cannot be
responsible if last minute changes conflict with another client. |
| Bordertown Standard Service |
|
We include complete setup and cleanup, a
professionally uniformed staff, buffet display linens, and label
cards for each item on your menu. Please inquire if you are
interested in any theme-based decoration for your event. We include
black, commercial-grade disposable china with every menu selection. |
| Special Amenities |
|
If you have any special equipment needs and/or
requests, please refer to our Rental Items Page or speak to our
Catering Director. |
| Delivery Charges |
|
We do not have a delivery charge for local functions.
Outside the Hudson area, a delivery charge will be assessed
dependent on your location. Stillwater area $25, Woodbury $35, St.
Paul $45, and Western Wisconsin $25. |
| Service Charges |
|
All menus are subject to a 5.5% sales tax and an 18%
service charge. On site staffing requires a $15/hour charge, per
server. A Chef is required for on site food preparation and will be
charged at $25/hour. |
